Special service for special patients
When you arrange your first appointment, you should tell us if you have any special needs and we will do our best to help. Access is now available from James Street into our Reception area for any patients requiring disabled access, wheelchair access or parents with prams or pushchairs.
We offer home visits where possible at no extra charge to you.
Keep us informed
We will ask you about medication you are taking, please make a note of their names and tell us about them when you attend.
If you change address or telephone number. Please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us keep our records up to date and our recall system more efficient. We also offer a free text reminder service so you won't forget your appointment. If you have an email address, please let us know so we can update our records as we can email your appointment reminder.
